Offer One-stop Solution
Our company extensive operating rand establishing early polymer tech CO.LTD, becomes an one-stop enterprise integrating mold research and progress in ultra-precision silicone and plastic product.

ISO9001:2000 and ISO14000 Certified
We acquired the certification of ISO9001:2000 and ISO14000. We have benefited greatly from using the structure of ISO 9001:2000 to define processed and work flow to service our customers better. 2011
Capabilities Improve and Expand
We decided to improve and expand our in-house silicone rubber and plastic molding production capabilities, also including metal stamping. we have enabled us to provide precision molded silicone products. Then nominated as a supplier for Xiaomi, Huawei in precision silicone accessories.
2014
Research & development team growth
We established the research and development center of Liquid silicone rubber injection molding and metal stamping technology. Collaboration with local college, to jointly develop needle valve type cold flow channel, and became cooperated with the world-famous sanitary manufacture company to develop and facility LSR over molding products.
2016
ISO9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015 QMS Upgrade
Update the quality management system from ISO9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015. We relocated into our present address and continued to be invest in new equipment for the custom LSR and plastic injection molding and fabrication operation. Significant investments were made in LSR making and molding equipment of the global top-grade, such as high-speed and high-precision CNC, RODERS, mirror spark EDM-MAKINO. And the same year, we have been nominated as a supplier for iPhone in precision silicone accessories.
2018
Factory & Office Expand
After a significant renovation, our custom LSR and plastic injection molding operation were transferred into the new facility with this added space, we expanded the capability of LSR molding injection and metal production. As a custom manufactory looking to the future, Lingshantech will dedicate our time and resources to improve the competitiveness of our best customers. The advancement of LSR and plastic injection molding and metal production technology was keys to our success.
